For quality reasons, we do not keep excessive stock for our chilled meat, seafood, and poultry products.
We source our meats mainly from Australia and sometimes Europe. Their chilled nature also means a short lifespan and we only purchase them from our suppliers on demand. For popular cuts such as ribeye, sirloin, and tenderloin, the pre-ordering lead-time tends to be shorter as we can estimate consumption easily and we will ensure enough fresh stock is maintained
Processed meats such as chorizo, ham, and smoked salmon may come from far such as France and Norway, these kinds of products may have a longer lead-time for pre-ordering. So do talk to our sales manager often to get the latest shipping information and place your order before it is too late.
