We import a wide variety of fresh vegetables and fruits from around the world, and each crop has its own characteristics and seasonality. The product quality changes according to the weather of their growing regions. 

Through our global network of suppliers, we can flexibly source the most seasonal products for our customers throughout the year. Places of origin include but are not limited to Australia, United States, Netherlands, Mexico, France, Peru, Spain, Italy, Thailand, etc. 

Therefore, the source of the fruit and vegetable products bought in Chef’s Garden may be different from time to time. When products are imported from a fixed origin most of the time, we will add the place of origin to the name of the product to make it easy for identification. 

For products with variable origins, we will express using the name of continents, such as “Europe”. 

我們能夠從世界各地入口的新鮮蔬菜及水果種類繁多，而每種農作物都有其特性及季節性，同一樣產品在不同月份，會因應產地地理位置及天氣而有產生不同的品質變化。

我們透過供應商的全球供應網絡，能夠在全年不同月份為客人採購到當刻最為時令的產物。產地包括但不限於：澳洲、美國、荷蘭、墨西哥、法國、秘魯、西班牙、意大利、泰國等。故此，在Chef’s Garden買到的蔬果產品，來源地有可能每次都不同。

當產品大部份時間都只會從單一產地入口時，我們會把產地加入產品的名稱讓客人容易分辨。而產地多變的產品我們會以洲份表示。
